Deliveries of ALL Healthcare Products - We communicate directly to arrange delivery and installation of your product. We'll demonstrate the product making sure you're happy and provide you with a handover certificate.
Removal & Disposal of old products - We remove and dispose of any old products that you are replacing.
Engineering Call Outs - We cover both in warranty and out of warranty products. Our engineers carry a full supply of replacement parts allowing them to diagnose & resolve any warranty faults on site.
Please note: If you want engineer delivery, you must be at home at the desired time slot you've been given. We will contact you to arrange the best time and date suited to you. We will also email and send you a text message to remind you on the day. If we arrive and you are not at home there will be a re-delivery charge.
Missing Parcels & Deliveries
Please be aware that if you request that your item(s) is left in a safe place via the courier notes, Intamobility cannot claim for missing items or damage to your parcel. As a result, in the event of an absence, we strongly recommend that you collect your parcel from your local delivery depot or instruct the courier to leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour.
- Intamobility strongly advises against deliveries to hotels and third parties. Any deliveries to hotels or third parties are entirely at the risk of the customer.
- Intamobility cannot accept any liability for mislaid or missing orders.
- Unfortunately Intamobility cannot accept any liability for mislaid or missing orders once they have been delivered to the address that you have given us.
- If your product is damaged you MUST advise Intamobility on the SAME DAY of delivery/receiving your goods. After this time we are unable to claim from our carriers.
Occasionally we run out of certain products. If you place an order for an item we are currently waiting for, we will wait 3 days to see if it's delivered to our warehouse. If not, we will get in contact with you to discuss your options.
- Once we receive the stock we will dispatch the missing item(s)
- Where stock is limited for certain items, we will give priority to customers who pay for priority dispatch.
Once your order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. We are unable to redirect your order once it has been processed. So make sure you supply us with a delivery address where you know somebody can sign for your parcel.
- If nobody is available to sign for your parcel then a card will be left at the address. You can then arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local collection depot.
- Deliveries cannot be sent to PO Box addresses.
Please note: courier companies are not insured to cross your threshold and, in some cases, will need assistance with the delivery.
